3. Pricing and Payment

Quotes are based on the complexity, material, and time required for your project. Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. File Quality

We are not responsible for defects or print issues arising from low-quality or incomplete files submitted by the customer. We may suggest changes or corrections before proceeding.

5. Turnaround Time

Project timelines may vary based on workload, print complexity, and material availability. We strive to meet estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee exact dates.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations can only be accepted before the production process begins. Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, refunds are not available once the print is in process or completed, except in cases of error on our part.

7. Liability

We are not liable for the use or performance of printed parts, especially for functional testing or load-bearing applications, unless previously validated and approved for such use.

8. Governing Law
